Equipment
Water Jet Cutter
Flow Mach 3 with up to 8" capability. Table size is 6ft x 12ft and it cuts most materials. Steel, Aluminum, Stainless, Wood, Tile and Plastics. 60,000 PSI intensifier with a "Dynamic Head" compensates for Kerf angle, so you get a straight cut every time. Capable of tolerances of +/- .010.
ECHO 3015 Laser Cutter
The Laser is much faster than the Water Jet, with similar precision. However it cuts thinner material. We have the capability to go to 1/2 inch carbon steel on the Laser and about 3/16 inch on Stainless and Aluminum.
CNC Press-Brake
With 220 ton capacity, we can bend 3/8 inch x 8 feet long. The bed is a little over 12 feet long and with the CNC control and Back-Gauge we can provide excellent repeatability on multiple orders. This machine has a crowning adjustment too, to get the bend consistent over the length of the bend.
Metal Shear
The back-bone of any fab shop, our Shear can cut 3/8 inch x 10 foot mild steel.
Iron Worker
We have Iron-Workers up to 90 ton capacity. If it can be sheared, punched or nibbled, we can do it. We also have some special tooling for production jobs.
Plate Rollers
We have a 1/4 inch x 6 feet three-roll machine and a smaller four-roll with an initial pinch. Your tank is no problem.
