Quick Attach Plates for JLG Forklift

These plates can make switching between attachments quick and easy, provided you have the "quick attach" option. You weld the plates and the bushing to your attachment for fast change-over. Fits most JLG, Skytrak, Genie, Lull and Gradall machines.

These plates are designed to make it easy for you to build your own attachment. They are made from A-36 steel and cut on a Waterjet for an exact fit. What you get in the kit are the three pieces that are colored red here.

Follow these steps:

Mount the two one-inch thick plates to the forks, basket etc that you are building.
Notice there is a saddle on the heel of each plate. This is to precisely locate the lower bushing.
Slide the bushing over a pin with a slip fit, and cradle the ends of the pin in the saddles. (see picture)
Weld the bushing to the structure.
You can now remove the pin and torch off the saddles.
